Ants

Ants usually enter our homes to look for food and shelter. If a food source is found, a minor ant problem can turn into a major infestation. Temporary infestations can also occur when ants are looking for higher grounds to escape potential flooding rains.

To help prevent an infestation, ensure that food is kept in sealed containers and that food storage and preparation areas are kept as clean as possible. Even a small crumb is enough to attract this pest.

For a persistent ant problem, the use of sprays and gels can be very effective. We recommend treatments every month for at least three months to get the problem under control, at that time a re-assessment of treatment requirements should be done.
